Hi there! My name is Kayleigh, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida and Tennesee. I also have my PhD in Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. I have worked in private practice, in school settings, and at a non-profit facility. I have primarily provided therapy to adolescents and their families, but I also work with younger children and older adults providing individual, family, and couple therapy. I specialize in working with anxiety, identity issues, and stress management.
Therapeutic fit is an absolute must if you are looking to make progress and be vulnerable with someone. My goal is to meet you where you are and to help you feel safe during our time together. In an effort to connect with you and to create an authentic environment, I use a collaborative, humorous, and down-to-earth approach.
When we experience life's stressors it can leave us feeling as if our lives are unraveling. My passion is assisting children, teens, and young adults through the healing process. Are you struggling with anxiety or depression? Do you have a child or teenager who is often mislabeled as a "bad kid"? Have you experienced situations that you believe are keeping you from thriving? If you are looking to maximize your full potential, I am here to help.
Many people come to therapy because something in their relationships isn’t working—conflict that keeps repeating, difficulty feeling close, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or others. Beneath these patterns, there is often something deeper: old wounds, protective strategies, and unmet longings that continue to shape how we show up in the present.
I consider it a great privilege to be entrusted to journey alongside others and offer support as they navigate and make sense of their life’s journey. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in both Tennessee and Georgia, I am passionate about working with teens and adults who are combating issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma history, low self worth, and other stressors. I have been working in the field of social work for 4 years and practicing clinically for 2 years.
