I am Andrea Smalls. I have been practicing since 2005 and licensed since 2007. I have a Master of Arts in Counseling and Guidance. I have worked in various settings including intensive outpatient, inpatient, private practice, and telehealth. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses to assist others in stabilizing mental health and regulating emotions.

Hello! I'm Niamh ( pronounced Neve). I work with dreamers, perfectionists, those that feel stuck or unheard, underappreciated or overwhelmed. Many of my clients are pregnant or in the postpartum period. I also work with many clients that work in the tech industry, college students, therapists, aviation professionals, authors, and artists. The issues that my clients primarily have are related to depression, anxiety, burn-out and relationship stress.

I believe therapy is most effective when it feels safe, collaborative, and human. My approach is grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental, with an emphasis on helping clients feel understood while building insight and emotional resilience.

I am a licensed therapist with advanced training in trauma-informed and parts-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS). I work primarily with adults, parents, and caregivers navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the impact of complex or relational trauma. Many of my clients are managing over-responsibility, boundary challenges, or the pressures of caregiving and midlife transitions.

I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and support clients exploring identity, authenticity, and belonging. I also enjoy working with parents of neurodiverse children and who may be neurodiverse themselves. My style blends evidence-based practices with warmth and flexibility, helping clients feel more grounded, connected to themselves, and better equipped to meet their lives with clarity and confidence.
