Hello! I'm Dr. Hope Coleman, a licensed social worker deeply committed to fostering resilience and well-being in my clients. With a rich educational background from Simmons University and Louisiana State University, and diverse work experience across various settings, I bring a unique blend of knowledge and skills to my practice.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who specializes in working with adolescents, teens, and young people navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. Many of the teens and families I support are dealing with anxiety, depression, anger outbursts, defiance, low self-esteem, school stress, peer conflict, family tension, and difficulty managing big emotions. Parents often come to me feeling overwhelmed, unsure how to help, or concerned about changes in behavior, mood, or communication at home.
I believe healing begins with feeling truly seen, heard, and understood. I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where young people can safely express themselves, build trust, strengthen emotional regulation, and develop a stronger sense of identity and self-worth. My work also focuses on helping families improve communication, reduce conflict, rebuild connection, and create more stable, supportive relationships at home. My goal is to help teens feel more confident and families feel more connected.
Have you ever felt like you're accomplishing everything but still feel unfulfilled or unsatisfied? Do you give so much of yourself to others that little is left for you at the end of the day? Does your child's behaviors (fighting, defiance, truancy, argumentative) leave you wondering what's really going on beneath the surface. It just might be time to take a deeper look.
I’m Tiana Welch, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, providing telehealth therapy for children, teens, and young adult/adult women. With six years of experience, I have supported clients facing many challenges, including mental health concerns, behavioral issues, and substance abuse. My passion lies in helping children, teens, and families take a deeper look at behaviors to uncover the root causes, and in supporting young adult and adult women as they peel back the layers of perfectionism, burnout, and societal expectations to reconnect with their true selves.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy attending Pilates and spin classes, coloring, painting, reading, and exploring new creative hobbies like learning to sew (this month).
For the past 8 years, I’ve worked closely with elderly and disabled individuals, supporting them through life’s emotional and practical challenges. Before becoming a social worker, I worked in banking, but I felt a strong pull toward work that allowed me to truly make a difference in people’s lives. That calling led me to counseling. I bring compassion, patience, and a deep respect for each person’s story into the work we do together.
You might look like you have it all together, but on the inside, you're exhausted, overwhelmed, and quietly falling apart.
You're used to being the strong one. The dependable one. The one who keeps going no matter what. But underneath all of that, something is hurting, and you're tired of carrying it alone.
If you're a woman or young adult in Alabama navigating grief, trauma, or a life that no longer feels like your own, you're in the right place.
You don't have to perform here. You don't have to pretend. You just have to show up.
Many of the women I work with are high-functioning, deeply caring, and used to putting everyone else first. They're not falling apart on the outside — but inside, they're struggling with loss, unresolved trauma, or a deep disconnection from themselves. If that sounds like you, I want you to know, I see you, and this work is for you.
