I am a mental health specialist who has been in the private and non profit services for children and adolescents for over 25 years
I hold the belief that many of life’s challenges including mental health can become strengths and lead to deeper meaning and purpose.
I view therapy as a collaborative process rooted in curiosity, compassion, and trust. Since entering the mental health field in 2021, I have worked with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, relationship/familial challenges, and life transitions, and I presently work primarily with adolescents and adults. I earned my Bachelor's degree in psychology from University of California, Los Angeles in 2018, and my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University in 2023.
What patterns keep repeating in your life, even when part of you wants something different?
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and experiences that have been hard to put into words -- including adoption-related history, infertility, and the emotional complexity of becoming a parent. A lot of what brings people to therapy isn't a single event. It's the quiet accumulation of feeling disconnected, unseen, or like something important has never had space to be worked through. I trained at UCLA and bring both clinical depth and genuine warmth to this work.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 25 years of experience providing mental health services in behavioral health, crisis intervention, community mental health, and medical settings.
