I am trained in trauma, anxiety, addiction, grief and somatic treatments. I also help you build healthy relationships. I specialize in using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and integrating somatic techniques in therapy, such as Polyvagal Theory or Somatic Experiencing. I'm also trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and combine this with IFS and somatic work. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Hi. I'm glad you're here. The decision to ask for help is a brave and difficult choice, and I'm proud of you for making it. I might be a good fit for you if you're looking for someone who has been where you're at. In addition to my own experiences with mental health and life challenges, I have worked in substance use disorder treatment, inpatient psychiatric treatment, and community risk assessment/management.
My name is Lori Stalcar, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 17 years of experience working with individuals and families in various treatment settings, including online, inpatient, outpatient, residential, and institutional environments. To learn more about my background, education, and counseling approach.Thank you! I look forward to hearing from you.
You might look like you have it together from the outside: steady job, functioning relationships, managing the day to day. But inside you're running on fumes, and you're tired of just pushing through. I work with young adults, college students, and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and the frustration of feeling stuck without knowing why. I'm also an Army veteran, and I bring firsthand experience of what pressure, resilience, and major transitions actually demand. If faith is part of how you make sense of life, it's welcome here. If it's not, that's fine too. Clients often tell me I'm surprisingly easy to talk to.

I love this work. Twenty plus years in the field of psychotherapy, from hospitals, residential treatment, schools, outpatient clinics, crisis teams, to professional teams and now private practice, I offer a wide range of interventions.
If you're seeking family systems (internal and external), Couples & communication, Parenting & Co-parenting, Individual therapy, Trauma-recovery using EMDR, Brainspotting, Mindfulness and CBT, and Art Therapy, to support in identity exploration and archetypes, I'll meet you where you're ready to work. Even if therapy is new to you, or a familiar practice, we'll find where you are and what's in the way of where you want to be.
I couldn’t be happier with my choice of career as a therapist. I decided to make this my career path because I wanted to make a difference for people like you. As someone who has always been told I have a strong sense of empathy and a lack of judgment, I have often been told by my clients that I’m someone who “just gets it.” I love being able to guide people like you to help you become the best version of yourself.
Hi, my name is Jessica and I look forward to meeting you. Navigating life can be stressful especially, in uncertain times. I take a collaborative approach to see what we can address together.
I’m a trauma‐informed therapist who believes healing doesn’t require perfection—just honesty, compassion, and a willingness to take the next small step. Most of the people I work with are balancing careers, relationships, parenting, and the invisible emotional load that comes with everyday life. They’re strong, capable, and exhausted from carrying more than anyone realizes.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that I’m real, relatable, and not the kind of therapist who just nods silently. I show up fully. I help you connect the dots. And I hold space for the parts of you that have been working so hard for so long.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the realities of everyday life and offers nonjudgemental compassionate support, I’d be honored to work with you.
