I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

I have been serving Orlando and surrounding areas in private practice for over 5 years after first gaining experience in residential crisis and substance abuse. I received my BS in psychology from UCF and my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Stetson University in Deland!

Hi everyone! My name is Ivy, and I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner based in Orlando, FL.

I am a 28 year old female (she/her) that enjoys watching anime, playing video games, and spending time with my five cats.

Outside of work, I like to spend time with my fiance. We love to explore and try new food places, so if you're looking for recommendations, I have tons!

I specialize in working with couples that want a stronger relationship, kids hurting from divorce, angry teens, frustrated parents and individuals looking to find purpose in life. Also, for those whose work schedules may interfere with their availability, I do offer evenings and weekend sessions.

With a degree in Philosophy and Religion from Roberts Wesleyan College, NY and CACREP accredited Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I have over 5000 hours of direct psychotherapy experience with clinical expertise spanning the spectrum of individual psychotherapy for mental health disorders to everyday life challenges through individual, couples, and family therapy.

Graduate of Rollins College's Clinical Mental Health Counseling program, I transitioned from a corporate sales background to embrace my passion: therapy. Drawing from diverse experiences, I specialize in assisting individuals navigate anger, depression, anxiety, trauma, and career challenges. I received my PhD in Clinical Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in 2016. I am a Florida licensed psychotherapist and have maintained a private practice for 17 years in Orlando and Winter Park. I have specialized training in the following: Clinical Trauma Professional and Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor. I am also a certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist through Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and MAPS.
