Hi, I'm Lauren. I've been working as a therapist and mental health advocate for the past 9 years and I received my license in 2023. My specialty is working with young adults, the LGBTQ+ community, women, and survivors of trauma. I do have extensive experience working with children and adolescents as well.

My training and expertise cover working with the following: ADHD, anxiety disorders, sexual trauma, mood disorders (including depression), and PTSD.

Some common topics I specialize in include: relationship and family concerns, low motivation, social anxiety, anger, domestic violence, childhood trauma, grief, negative body/self image, gender identity, and managing life transitions such as moving, job loss, and break-ups.

A few personal things about me to help break the ice- My hobbies include making art, cooking, gardening (badly), playing video games, and watching films. I am an avid reader of fiction and fantasy novels.

I'm Nicole a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and National Certified Counselor based in Altamonte Springs, FL, with a master's in Counseling from Barry University. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, relational challenges, life transitions, and personal growth — and bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my work. Diagnosed with ADHD later in life myself, I deeply understand the journey of discovering your own strengths and building a life that works for you, not against you.

I believe that therapy is a journey that first begins with the courage to heal. Therapy should be a safe place to heal, discover, grow, and find moments of selah--which means to pause and reflect. Hi, it's nice to meet you! I'm Mode, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. I have a deep passion for supporting children, teens, and young adults navigating ADHD, depression, and anxiety, as well as helping adults of all ages find healthier ways to manage stress and reclaim a sense of balance.

Outside of work, I love to travel and spend time at the beach, experiences that remind me daily of the power of slowing down and being present.

step. I am Sharon, a licensed therapist (LICSW) in Massachusetts specializing in trauma, grief,

and the weight of experiences that do not just go away on their own. I bring a collaborative,

trauma-informed approach built on one core belief: healing happens inside a relationship where

you feel genuinely heard, understood, and safe to go at your own pace. Much of my career has

been spent supporting Veterans and others navigating life's hardest terrain, and I would be

honored to walk alongside you on yours.
