Hi, I’m Kara Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Texas, and the founder of Unfiltered Clinical Services. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex life stressors, trauma, and system involvement, including those connected to the legal or forensic system.

My approach to therapy is real, direct, and grounded in clinical expertise. I create a space where you don’t have to filter your experiences, we work through them together with honesty, structure, and intention. In addition to therapy, I also provide forensic-focused services, including competency-related support and evaluations. My background in correctional and forensic mental health allows me to understand the intersection between mental health and the legal system, and I bring that perspective into both my clinical and evaluative work.
