Hello and welcome! I’m Laura, a Board Certified Mental-Health Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Integrative Mental-Health provider based in Florida. I work primarily with adults with depression, anxiety, and OCD. Additionally, I have professional and personal experience working with and caring for individuals on the Autism spectrum.

I have been working in the field of psychiatry for 13 years. I offer a patient-centered, holistic approach to psychiatry, taking into account the person’s mind, body, soul, and community.

At Sivana Counseling, I work with my clients across a wide range of emotional concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, and general life transitions. I strive to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and genuinely supportive for you.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology, followed by a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling; both from the University of Central Florida. I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida and have been in practice for 15 years. I work with both adolescents and adults and tailor my approach to meet each client’s individual needs.

Hi, I’m Stephanie I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida. I work with adolescents and emerging adults (18-30) in navigating life transitions, increasing social connectedness, and breaking patterns that no longer serve them.

My area of focus is with high-achieving adults and athletes who seek self-discovery, optimal performance and skillfully practicing the art of living well. Having grown up in a high achieving environment, becoming one myself and then raising my own high achievers. I have intimate knowledge of the highs and lows and the guilt and shame that follow. I specialize in working with couples that want a stronger relationship, kids hurting from divorce, angry teens, frustrated parents and individuals looking to find purpose in life. Also, for those whose work schedules may interfere with their availability, I do offer evenings and weekend sessions.
