Life can be full of different stressors, which is where I can help. I will provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe, and interactive environment where we take on complex subjects, deep-seated traumas, or for you to say the things you've never told anyone before. I understand these are difficult subjects to speak about, and I will build a therapeutic relationship with you so that you feel strong enough to share. By doing this, we can form realistic and attainable goals to establish growth and promote healing. Remember that healing is not linear. The best gift you can give yourself is to master the chaos & find a way around it.

Headway helps you stay on track with expert-guided support for ADHD — from finding the right therapist or psychiatrist, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right ADHD provider in Orlando starts with understanding what type of care you need. Therapists — such as licensed mental health counselors (LMHCs), clinical social workers (LCSWs), and psychologists — can help you build strategies for managing focus, organization, and impulsivity through approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). Psychiatrists are medical doctors who can evaluate ADHD symptoms and manage medication. Some people benefit from working with both a therapist and a psychiatrist, and Headway's network includes both provider types across the greater Orlando area, including Altamonte Springs, Winter Park, and Oviedo.
When choosing an ADHD provider, consider what matters most to you — whether that's experience with adult ADHD, a specific therapeutic approach, availability for evening or weekend sessions, or the option to meet virtually. Reading a provider's bio can help you understand their style and areas of focus before you book. Many providers on Headway also offer a free phone consultation so you can see if they're a good fit.
Therapy in Orlando can be expensive out of pocket, but using your in-network insurance benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce costs. On Headway, you can enter your insurance details to see estimated session costs before your first appointment, and many patients pay as low as $0 per visit. Nationally, Headway partners with over 100 insurance plans, making it easier to find an ADHD specialist who fits both your clinical needs and your budget.
