I earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Regent University School of Psychology and Counseling. My graduate training included a concentration in spirituality and was grounded in the belief, “To God alone be the glory.” That perspective continues to shape my work today. I approach counseling with humility, recognizing that healing can occur in many ways, and I am honored to use my clinical training in service to others with compassion, respect, and evidence based care.

During my clinical training, I specialized in healthy relationships, including domestic violence, sexual abuse, and human trafficking. I also have extensive experience in suicide prevention, crisis intervention, behavioral health, anxiety, depression, trauma, moral injury, grief and loss, relationship concerns, neurodiversity, parenting skills, individuals with special needs and their family members, LGBTQ+ concerns, and major life transitions.

Raessha Stanley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Trauma-Focused CBT practitioner, and Youth Crisis Intervention specialist. With years of experience in school-based and community mental health, I empower individuals to build resilience and healing from the inside out. Through my practice, Oh Ra! Holistic Healing, LLC, I provide therapy, trainings, and workshops that integrate evidence-based care with a holistic lens.

I’ve spent years sitting with people at their lowest—through addiction, crisis, and the kind of pain that can make life feel unmanageable. That work taught me something I bring into every session now: nobody is “too much,” and no story is too messy. These days, I’m more focused on slower, steadier work. I have experience working with children, adults, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and relationship stress. As a General (Adult) and Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, I am passionate about empowering all ages on their journey towards mental health and well-being.

I completed a residency in General Psychiatry and fellowship in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry at Georgia's prestigious medical college, one of the oldest medical schools in the nation. This expert, specialized training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand the unique psychological needs of children, adolescents, and adults.

I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist, Board Certified Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist, and am also a Board Certified Pediatrician (triple-trained in General Pediatrics, General Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry). I completed a pediatrics residency at NYC’s only academic Children’s Hospital in Brooklyn, SUNY Downstate, with additional pediatric and psychiatric internships at Brooklyn’s Maimonides Medical Center.

I graduated with my medical degree (Doctorate) with clinical accolades from New York’s oldest osteopathic medical school, NYIT.
