earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology and a Master's in Family Studies degree, both from
Mercer University, Macon, Georgia.
Entering therapy can be intimidating. Finding a professional who can help and is a
personal fit can seem not worth the effort. . She specializes in a variety of diagnoses
including addiction, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, anger management,
self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges and major life transitions. She offers a
safe environment where individuals and couples can celebrate their strengths and also
do the necessary but difficult work toward shared goals, and ongoing open
communication for each family member. She follows the models of Family Systems,
Cognitive Behavioral and Brief Therapy. Therapy includes individual as well as
couples-family therapy.
