I am a dual certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in tandum with medication management. I strive to help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to find balance in their daily lives. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, mood instability, ADHD, trauma-related symptoms, or life transitions that feel difficult to manage alone. Hi, I'm Manas, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 7 years experience working with clients from all walks of life. I've focused on helping individuals through anxiety, low self-esteem, major life changes, issues in relationships, low confidence, anger problems, stress related to education, issues at work, and addiction. I received my Master's in Social Work from the University of Georgia. In my free time I enjoy music, movies, art, poetry, family, and friends. I work with men, adolescent males, veterans, and military members who are dealing with trauma, substance use, domestic violence, compulsive sexual behaviors, relationship conflict, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together. You might feel stuck in patterns that are damaging your relationships, affecting your sense of identity, or leaving you feeling ashamed, angry, emotionally disconnected, or out of control. My work also involves betrayal trauma, conduct disorders and men overwhelmed with power, privilege and identity issues.
