I'm Anissa, a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner specializing in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD and other co-existing conditions.
When you work with me you get care that is calm, attentive, and centered on you.
Who I Work With:
I support individuals who are struggling with poor performance at work/school, anxious thoughts, panic attacks, depressed mood, occupational burnout, and other related conditions.
You're in the right place if:
✓ You're constantly overwhelmed or stressed about upcoming events or tasks needing to be completed
✓ You've been working harder to keep up but you feel like you're failing and burning out
✓ You suspect you have ADHD and need an evaluation, or you've been told you don't have ADHD and would like a second opinion
✓ You need help getting school or workplace accommodations or a leave of absence due to mental stress
✓ Past providers rushed you or didn't listen to your concerns
Looking for someone who will truly listen? I believe everyone needs support, and I strive to be that steady presence in therapy. Clients often describe me as warm, open-minded, and easy to talk to. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.
When I think of myself as a Counselor, I envision providing unconditional positive regard and "Good Old Fashion" Southern Louisiana Hospitality to clients. Based on the client's individualized needs, I practice the eclectic approach to guide them through the healing process.
I am Tamiko Brown, a Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in Anxiety, Depression, and Spiritual Counseling. As a native of Bunkie, LA, I mostly enjoy serving others. I received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Chemistry and Biology and a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Xavier University of Louisiana.
Ralph Waldo Emmerson quoted, "What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us." It would be my honor to serve you on your quest to discover that within you and help guide you on your journey through the healing process.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here.
Reaching out for support can feel overwhelming. I aim to create a safe, collaborative, and grounded space from the beginning. I meet clients where they are and move at a pace that feels manageable and respectful.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, trauma, addiction, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in complex and developmental trauma.
I support clients in integrating their spiritual and cultural values into therapy when desired and clinically appropriate. I was born in New Orleans and bring a culturally informed perspective shaped by my Latina, Indigenous, Christian, and Sephardic Jewish backgrounds.
I became a therapist because I have a deep commitment to helping people recognize and build their own strengths, especially during periods of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I understand that seeking support takes courage, and I work to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported throughout the process.
I earned a Master of Social Work (MSW) and PhD from Tulane University, as well as a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Tulane University’s School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Louisiana and Texas, and a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Minnesota. I also hold a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Prevention Professional (LPP), and Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Hi there!
My name is De’Andra LeMalle, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) that takes on a creative and expressive approach to therapy. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. In addition to my clinical training, I am certified in Expressive Arts Therapy, Mandala Assessment Research Instrument (MARI), and Vibroacoustic Therapy (VAT).
These modalities allow me to incorporate creative and body-centered techniques that help clients explore emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be difficult to express through words alone. My practice focuses on helping individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, and identity exploration better understand themselves and process their experiences.
I work with clients who may feel stuck, disconnected, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next steps. Together, we develop meaningful strategies for healing, emotional regulation, and personal growth in a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment.
Healing flourishes when you feel seen, heard, and met with warmth and curiosity. My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, with a focus on creating safety, fostering self‐compassion, and helping you move toward a more balanced, meaningful life. I work with individuals and couples, recognizing how stress, mood, and life circumstances shape emotional patterns, connection, and how your body responds to stress. I’m committed to offering a steady, thoughtful space where your values, boundaries, and goals guide our work at a pace that feels right for you.
Hi, I'm Rob. I believe therapy works best when you feel accepted, understood, and free to be yourself. I strive to meet people where they are and create a space where you can talk openly without fear of judgment. I work with adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, grief and loss, stress, anger, ADHD, and men's issues. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, discouraged, or stuck in patterns they no longer want to repeat. Whether you're struggling with addiction, coping with loss, dealing with difficult emotions, or trying to make sense of life's challenges, you don't have to do it alone. With more than two decades of experience, my goal is to help you better understand yourself, strengthen your relationships, and develop practical tools that support long-term emotional health and personal growth. For clients who request it, I also incorporate Christian counseling into our work together.
Hi, I'm Candance a licensed clinical social worker and I believe that everyone has a story, and everyone has a journey. Each story is unique and each journey is individualized. Helping others build on their strengths, overcome and reach their full potential is not just my career but a calling and a gift. Creating a safe, supportive, nonjudgmental space is essential to the healing process. I reserve that space for you. When I am not helping others, I enjoy watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family.
Hello, thanks for stopping by. I’m here to offer a calm, compassionate space where you can finally start to feel understood. I know life can be complicated, especially when you're navigating Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, or Autism. My goal is to help you (or your child, age 5+) manage these challenges and discover a path toward feeling more at ease and confident.
What Makes Working With Me Different? My journey to becoming a counselor didn't start in an office; it started the day I was born. Growing up as one of eleven children, I was fortunate to have many siblings with special needs—including siblings with Autism, ADHD, Depression, Anxiety and Learning Disabilities. This taught me something invaluable: true, deep patience, kindness, and compassion.
For over 20 years, I honed this understanding as both a High School Counselor and Special Education teacher.
Since I offer teletherapy only, you can start your journey to feeling better from the comfort of your own home. Our first session together is simple: it’s all about getting to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you here, your goals, and what a "good day" looks like for you. It’s a low-pressure conversation where you can feel safe and heard.
