For over eight years, I’ve had the privilege of working with children and adolescents who are navigating mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and Autism. I understand that these experiences can shape how young people view themselves, trust others, manage difficult emotions, and perform in school. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel understood, safe, and empowered to grow.
