As a Perinatal Mental Health–Certified provider (PMH-C), I specialize in supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, reproductive trauma, anxiety, depression, and perinatal loss.

Malcolm is a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with dual board certification in Family Practice. I am a native New Yorker with over 20 years of healthcare experience. Growing up in New York City, I’m comfortable working with diverse populations. I’ve served clients from various religious, socioeconomic, cultural and sexual orientation backgrounds.

My name is Dr. CJ Polihronakis (pronounced Pol-eh-ron-ah-kiss) (he/him/his), and I am a licensed psychologist in New York, Maryland, & Virginia. After earning my undergraduate degree in Psychology & English from Georgetown University, I obtained a Mental Health Counseling Ed.M. and a Counseling Psychology Ph.D. from Columbia University. I have over 10 years worth of education, training, and professional experiences providing mental health services to diverse client populations. ​

I also hold an MSN as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the Catholic University of America, where I graduated in May 2017.
