

Headway connects Frederick residents with 1,234 licensed providers experienced in bipolar disorder management, including mood stabilization, medication management, and evidence-based therapies like CBT and DBT skills. Sessions are available virtually or in-person, with many providers offering free consultations and availability as soon as next day.
Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time outdoors, riding my horses, and being with my family. These activities help me stay grounded and connected to what matters most in life. I value balance, authenticity, and meaningful relationships, and I bring those same values into my work with clients. I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and psychotherapist with over 13 years of experience in behavioral health. I believe that prioritizing mental health is essential to living a balanced and fulfilling life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest steps, and I strive to provide a supportive, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment. Since 2022, I have focused my practice on mental health therapy after years of working in substance use treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate life's challenges. My goal is to help individuals achieve meaningful, lasting growth and emotional well-being.
I am beyond grateful to be able to provide a safe space for my client's to process stress, learn new things, and have their most vulnerable moments. So much of the time we try to ignore or push away our problems, but part of my job is to remind you that its okay not to be okay and sometimes life just sucks. I love helping teens and young adults with all of the transitions that come with growing up, the good and the bad. I also have experience with and enjoy working with individuals with Autism.
