I'm a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over ten years of experience supporting children, teens, and families across community health and pediatric hospital settings. Much of my work has centered on adolescents, youth involved in the justice system, families navigating multiple systems of care, perinatal mental health, and end-of-life work. I also hold a certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Beyond direct clinical work, I've led program development and evaluation for initiatives serving LGBTQIA2S+ communities and Latinx and Indigenous youth. Before becoming a social worker, I worked as an Intervention Specialist, supporting middle and high school students with learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and significant mental health needs. Across all of this, one belief stays constant: you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to walk alongside you with respect, curiosity, and genuine care.
As a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner, the provider helps clients manage their mental health with both medication and therapy. The provider is trained to diagnose and treat mental health conditions and works together with each client to find the best plan. Conversations are private, and client comfort and safety are top priorities. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and share concerns. If urgent help is needed outside of sessions, contact information will be provided. The provider’s main goal is to support clients in feeling better and living well.
Jonathan works primarily with adults and approaches treatment with a trauma-orientated lens. Through the work of inquiry and by incorporating a social justice framework, he supports the people he works with to develop clarity, compassion, and conscious choices that align with their authentic selves.
I have over 25 years’ experience and training in psychiatric rehabilitation sciences and approach therapy from a recovery model. I believe that with the right skills and supports people can do anything. I use a strengths-based approach; rather than focusing on diagnosis I focus on what the individual brings to therapy, what obstacles are present and the individual’s strengths. I work hard to facilitate a trusting relationship and create a non-judgmental space for my clients to grow and thrive. I utilize CBT, Relapse Prevention and Motivational Enhancement Therapy. I believe people are the expert in their recovery, and it is my job to help bring that expertise to the forefront of treatment.
As a licensed independent clinical social worker, I believe in meeting clients where they are at and helping them to achieve their goals. I am a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Therapist (C-DBT) and have extensive experience working with the neurodivergent community, having received certification as an Autism Specialist (ASDCS). In the past I have worked with those who have ASD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, language-based challenges, executive functioning, social cognition, social pragmatics, family dynamics, and self esteem.
I’m Mackenzie, a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults find balance, clarity, and confidence through compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe mental health treatment should feel personal, not clinical.
I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in inpatient care, including working with individuals in crisis and navigating complex mental health situations. I am now building an outpatient practice where I can offer consistent, ongoing support. Prescribing is central to my work, and I approach it thoughtfully, always looking for what will genuinely help each person over the long term. I am committed to being a steady, reliable presence for my clients as they work toward their goals.
I am a provider dedicated to empowering clients I work with through supportive health education and shared decision making. I enjoy discussing medication and therapy options. This is your health, and I want to support you in making your own informed decisions.
There is no weight/body shaming in my practice.
I gladly accept clients with neurodivergence.
I welcome all marginalized and disenfranchised individuals to my practice. I work closely with LGBTQIA+ communities especially gender diverse/trans communities. I have 23 years of experience in research and education around complex trauma/CPTSD.
As a white provider I participate in lifelong learning and activism to aid in dismantling racism in healthcare settings.
With several years of experience in the behavioral health field, I provide an eclectic, culturally-informed, empowering, person-centered therapeutic relationship. I have worked with people from all backgrounds to navigate significant life transitions such as starting careers, managing higher education stressors, dealing with toxic relationships and work environments, and addressing discrimination based on cultural, race, and gender identities.
