My background/focuses in integrative mental health (connecting the mind and body's wellness), trauma work, nature therapy, and spirituality guide our work together. I love working with folks who are ready to dive a little deeper, find purpose and meaning in life, and rewrite their story.
I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) with over six years of experience working in group practices and community mental health.
