I hold a Master’s degree in General Family Therapy and a Master’s degree in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Since 2015, I have worked in the psychology and behavioral health field serving diverse populations across various clinical settings.

Throughout my professional experience, I have supported individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, stress, emotional dysregulation, behavioral challenges, self-esteem difficulties, relationship concerns, grief, and life transitions. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, families, and individuals from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

I’ve been in the behavioral health arena for over 40 years and have held numerous direct care and clinical leadership roles in a variety of settings.
