I am trained in some of the latest therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, DBT, and CBT. I don’t believe in a “one-size-fits-all” approach, but rather in meeting patients where they are. Together, we can work to fine-tune beliefs, regulate intense emotions, demonstrate compassion and self-regard, and quiet the inner critical voice often rooted in trauma.
My clients should know that I truly care about their well-being and take the time to listen. I want them to feel comfortable, respected, and never rushed. I believe in providing care that is compassionate, thorough, and personalized to their needs. I also value honesty, trust, and clear communication, so clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.

Pleasure to meet you! As an LCSW and CBT psychotherapist specializing in substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions. My clinical training at Simmons University emphasized psychology-focused clinical social work with additional focus in addiction treatment. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, and unhealthy patterns that can leave people feeling stuck or disconnected from the life they want to build. My goal is to help clients create meaningful, lasting change, not just temporary relief.
