Hi, I'm Jenise. I've been a therapist for over 14 years. I work with teens, adults, couples, and even families. One of my strengths is my ability to authentically connect with the people I help. I feel so fortunate to work in a field I am passionate about. I can't imagine myself in any other job.
I work with clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, relationships, and life transitions. My clients describe me as warm, authentic, responsive, and passionate about what I do.
Allison L Schulte, LSCSW, is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker who offers therapeutic services to adults, adolescents, and children experiencing depression, anxiety, cognitive impairments such as Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, personality disorders, grief and loss, significant stress, relationship difficulties, and other social or emotional concerns. She holds both undergraduate and master’s degrees in social work from Wichita State University.
I’m Kendra Compton, a dedicated social worker with over 30 years of experience empowering individuals and families to thrive. My journey began with a heartfelt desire to make a positive impact in the lives of children and adults alike. Over the decades, I’ve honed my skills as a relationship-oriented therapist who truly believes in the healing power of genuine human connection. I blend evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a warm, compassionate style. My approach is always:
Helping others bring me endless inspiration. Their courage, curiosity, and capacity for joy remind me daily why I chose this path. I grew up in a family of athletes and am an avid sports fan—whether participating, cheering from the sidelines (mostly my son) or watching a game on TV, I see sports as a powerful metaphor for teamwork, perseverance and personal growth. These values naturally weave into my therapeutic style, encouraging clients to set goals, lean on their support systems, and celebrate every milestone.
If you’re looking for a therapist who listens deeply, cares wholeheartedly, and partners with you every step of the way, you’ve come to the right place. My mission is to help you and your family write the next chapter of your story—one defined by resilience, hope, and stronger connections.
Feel free to reach out, and let’s start this journey toward healing and growth together.
I am an anti-racist and LGBTQ-Affirming trauma therapist who has worked with veterans, military personnel, and civilians for 20+ years. I am honored to work with clients on their self-defined goals to achieve more peaceful and satisfying lives, especially as related to healing mental injuries from discrimination and abuse.
My areas of expertise include workplace trauma, racial trauma, institutional betrayal, suicide prevention, family scapegoat abuse, workplace mobbing, and self-acceptance in a hostile world.
As a Queer, Xicana of Mexican, Indigenous, Irish, and Czech ancestry who was raised by a gay parent, I know from lived experience, the importance of culturally-responsive care that recognizes the harm of systemic and interpersonal oppression and stigma. I delight in working with people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences including neurodiversity, various religious and spiritual communities, and people living with visible and invisible disabilities.
As a care provider for a person living with long COVID, I understand the challenges and importance of COVID-cautious lifestyles for people who have compromised immune systems or who want to avoid long COVID.
With a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz, an MSW from Washington University in St. Louis, and a PhD from the University of California, Berkeley, my practice is rooted in research, celebration of clients' cultural traditions, and awareness that mistreatment, disadvantage, and cruelty cause people to suffer.
I actively work to identify and eradicate my own biases through anti-racist somatic practice and train other clinicians in decolonizing mental health care, psychological safety, and anti-racist suicide prevention.
I use evidence-based practices of Written Exposure Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Prolonged Exposure Therapy.
I'm originally from New York City I've had personal and professional relationships with all cultures I believe for a therapist to help a client he must use love
