Hello, I’m Bianca, and I’m glad you’re taking this step toward supporting your well-being. I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 18 years of nursing experience. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Case Western Reserve University.
I work with adults (18+) who are navigating symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life stressors. I have experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including substance use disorders, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and perinatal and postpartum mood disorders.
Hi, I am Joe, a licensed mental health therapist. I believe that people are capable of change, which is why I do what I do. It's understandable if you come to therapy feeling low and unmotivated. This is normal. Your first step in coming here is a big deal and not an easy decision or task. That right there is motivation. I believe in a collaborative approach and meeting you where you are in your life. I am not an expert on you, but we can work together to understand what is getting in the way of your goals and make plans to address these areas. I am here to help you figure out what needs to change and to guide you through the process of improving your mental health and growing as a person. I am a caring, open, and non-judgmental person, who loves cats, music, reading, and video games. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially around a bon fire.
I received both my Bachelor of Science in Social Work Degree and my Master of Social Work degree from The Ohio State University, and am licensed in both Indiana and Ohio. I have over 25 years of experience working in the field of mental health with children, teens, adults, and seniors, as well as couples. I have experience working with marital issues, pre-marital couples, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, and stress management.
I have been in practice for 25 years as a professional counselor. You are the reason why I continue in the work of a therapist. It is your continuing growth and improvement that is my goal in helping you. You are the expert on your particular situation and it is my job to help you in moving from where you are right now, to where you would like to be as quickly as possible.
Hello! My name is Zachary! I am happy you visited my profile. Before you begin browsing, I just want to say you are strong and you have incredible power in you to journey towards healing. I believe in your success and your potential.
I received my Bachelor of Arts at Goshen College and my Master of Social Work at Andrews University. I am a LCSW in Indiana, LISW in Ohio, and a LSCSW in Kansas.
I have experience in care management and facilitation, providing counseling to juveniles on probation, delivering therapy to those who have been court ordered, doing home-based clinical services, implementing and administering Family Centered Treatment© to families, hospice social work, community mental health, certified clinical behavioral health clinics, conducting counseling to geriatric and SPMI populations, as well as telehealth.
I think it is important to know that I am a very genuine person who strives to make the counseling space feel warm and safe.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
Welcome! If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected, you don’t have to go through it alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can slow down, make sense of your experiences, and begin to feel more in control.
I specialize in helping individuals work through all forms of anxiety, depression, PTSD, and trauma, as well as complex interpersonal issues such as navigating difficult family dynamics, healing from narcissistic abuse, or rebuilding after domestic violence.
I have 18 years experience working with teens, adults and later in life populations.
Welcome—I'm so glad you're here.
My name is Andrea Turner, and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with Supervisor designation (LPCC-S) with over 10+ years of combined experience supporting individuals through life’s most difficult and transformative moments. I founded Intentional Footsteps LLC with one purpose in mind: to create a safe, empowering space where healing begins and growth is intentional.
What was your path to becoming a mental health provider?
I always had a desire to understand people and didn't realize there was a profession centered around my curiosity until college. I was also very intrigued with trying to understand my emotions growing up and because I struggled, I developed a desire to help others through their life challenges. I started providing support services to families and volunteers through a mentoring agency, which later led to interning at a psychiatric outpatient facility, to working with foster children providing therapy and to also growing my private practice here with Alma working with adults and children.
What should someone know about working with you?
I believe I am relatable and open to the sharing of myself with the understanding and expectation that you will be entrusting your vulnerabilities with me in session. I will challenge your thoughts, your patterns and your assumptions, and I give homework routinely as an extension of our time together to keep you active and engaged until we meet again.
How do you continue learning and building new skills?
I am committed to being a life-long learner. I take courses and trainings annually, listen to and learn from seasoned clinicians and try to stay afloat of new groundbreaking research related to treatments and techniques surrounding mental health.
"Success for me, is helping others create the wellness they desire."

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Searching for therapists in Weston starts with knowing what kind of support you want. People look for therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, and work stress. As you compare Weston therapists, look for someone whose listed specialties, approach, and experience match what you want to address. Provider bios can help you understand whether a therapist uses approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, family therapy, or other methods that fit your needs.
In a smaller community like Weston, local therapy options may be more limited than in larger Ohio cities. Virtual therapy can expand your choices while still letting you work with a therapist licensed in Ohio. As you narrow your search, consider appointment availability, whether the therapist is accepting new patients, session format, and whether a free phone consultation is offered. Reading profiles before you book can also give you a clearer sense of communication style, focus areas, and what to expect in a first session.
Therapy in Weston can be a significant investment without insurance. Using in-network insurance is one of the most reliable ways to reduce session costs and see your estimated cost before you book. Headway makes it easier to find therapists who match your preferences and offer in-person or virtual care, and you can confirm insurance coverage for your specific plan before booking. You can browse profiles, compare availability, and book directly when you’re ready.
If anyone in your family is experiencing or worried about abuse, threats, or coercion, joint family or couples therapy usually isn't the right starting point — individual support is safer. The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline (1-800-422-4453) and National Domestic Violence Hotline (1-800-799-7233, or text START to 88788\) can help you think through next steps.
