Hi, I'm Emily. I’m a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, anger management, PTSD, and alcohol or substance use. Many of the people I work with are looking not just for relief, but for a deeper understanding of themselves and why they feel the way they do, and how to create lasting change. Whether you’re facing daily stressors, working through past experiences, or trying to regain a sense of control, therapy can be a space to slow down, process, and begin moving forward.
My hometown is San Antonio, Texas, where I earned my undergraduate degree from Our Lady of the Lake University and my graduate degree from Texas A&M University. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including schools, community agencies, hospitals, and emergency shelters, supporting people from various backgrounds and life experiences.
Much of my work has been with individuals navigating trauma and substance use, and I understand how heavy and isolating those experiences can feel.
Outside of my work, I enjoy reading, movies and spending time with my family and our dog. I also understand how complex life can be—balancing responsibilities, relationships, and expectations—and I bring that understanding into the space we share.
If you’re thinking about starting therapy, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Provider, I prioritize mental, behavioral, and psychiatric health to promote your stability and happiness. As always, seeking help is one of the toughest decisions, so congratulations on doing so on this platform!

Successful therapy begins by meeting the client where they’re at. As a clinical therapist with a background in social work, I believe therapy should be client-centered with a feeling of safety and trust. I pull techniques from various well-known therapies that are unique to the client's needs, acting as a guide, partnering with the client to find the best path to success. Some may need only one or two sessions, while others more. Regardless, this is a journey that we can figure out together.
Hi, I’m Maddie! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a specialization in trauma. I have spent most of my professional time working with children and adolescents so I know the vast childhood experiences anyone coming into therapy may bring.
I find it an immense privilege to be a trauma therapist and work with my clients on the hardest topics they may have experienced. I want you to find safety in our relationship to explore what has happened to you and who you want to become from that experience. I am trained in EMDR, an evidence -based treatment for trauma and love bringing in creative ways for my clients to experience the healing that can come through EMDR. I want you to feel that each hour we bring is your own and your goals for therapy are always at the forefront of my mind and work.
When I am not working as a therapist, I enjoy a variety of creative activities including cooking, baking, and crochet. I also love spending time outdoors or swimming to recharge and reset myself for my next day of therapy.
Welcome! I am a dual Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I offer medication management, diagnosis and evaluation. I am here to ensure you feel supported and empowered, and your input is absolutely crucial.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and nearly 20 years of experience in the mental health field. My professional background includes work across all levels of care, including outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, inpatient settings, school counseling, and mobile crisis services. I work with adults and specialize in Christian faith-based counseling, thoughtfully integrating clinical practice with a whole-person approach to emotional, spiritual, and overall wellness.
