I was born and raised in rural South Texas, which gives me a deep understanding of the unique challenges our local communities face when it comes to mental health care. My experience as a U.S. Army veteran has taught me the importance of resilience, service, and compassion—values I bring to every client relationship.

I work with clients presenting with a variety of concerns, but work primarily with family history and attachment patterns showing up in the present. Many of my clients come in for current stressors, and find they also need help with developmental trauma.
