Everyone gets stuck. Therapy can be a space to pause, reflect, and move forward with intention. My approach centers on identifying and building upon your existing strengths, values, and resilience rather than focusing solely on what feels broken or not working. You already carry the tools needed for growth—therapy helps bring those tools into clearer focus and teaches how to use them more effectively during challenging moments.
I offer a unique blend of traditional mental health therapy and holistic approaches, including energy healing and other complementary practices when they align with a client's goals and interests. I believe that beneath life's challenges, past experiences, self-criticism, and the many roles we carry is a deeper, authentic part of ourselves that often gets overlooked or disconnected. My work is centered on helping clients better understand themselves, heal emotional wounds, reconnect with their inner strengths and wisdom, and create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who they truly are. I strive to provide a compassionate, supportive space where clients can explore both practical solutions and deeper personal growth.

If you’re looking for a compassionate therapist dedicated to fostering healing and transformation, I would be honored to support you on your journey.
I’ve spent my career supporting people who have experienced trauma, mental health, and substance use issues. I have used a mix of traditional talk therapy, art and adventure therapies to assist in the healing process. I have been in practice since 2002 after completing my master's in social work at Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to completing my master's I worked in the social work field, working as a case manager and substance use counselor, and volunteering at my local domestic abuse program answering the crisis hotline, facilitating community support groups, and assisting in the annual walk for women's safety. I work with children, adults, families, couples, and groups. My style is natural and organic, giving you space to heal in a way that feels right for you. My approach is person centered. My focus is to help you build trust and safety at your own pace and create a strong therapeutic relationship for you to heal.
Specializing in trauma and attachment issues, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families for the past 15 years assisting them with exploring past and current wounds in a deeply compassionate way. Helping clients develop new patterns and pathways, while shedding those that no longer work for them is at the core of my practice.
