I'm Sam, a therapist with over 20 years of experience specializing in trauma, substance
use and addiction recovery, anxiety, and depression. I grew up and trained in Arizona —
earning my MSW from Arizona State University — and I've spent my career working with
people navigating some of the hardest chapters of their lives. I have been a clinical director at several clinics over the past 6 years while also providing direct care. I work with adults,
adolescents, children, and seniors, and I provide affirming care for clients who identify as
LGBTQ+ or those navigating gender identity and transgender experience. My style is
energetic, open-minded, and genuinely empowering — I believe therapy should leave
you with more than just insight. You should leave with skills you can actually use.
My name is Dianne Fontaine, MSN, APRN, and I'm a Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). I obtained my Master’s Degree from Walden University and has undergone advanced clinical training, equipping me to assess, diagnose, and treat a spectrum of psychiatric illnesses, as well as provide psychotherapy.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California with a doctorate, a master of science in gerontology and healthcare, and certification in yoga therapy. My clinical focus is people living with serious illness, cancer, and the psychological and existential dimensions of a significant medical diagnosis.
I bring my own lived experience with malignant brain cancer to this work. That shapes how I understand fear, uncertainty, and what it means to confront something that threatens not just your life but your sense of who you are. I see clients in private practice and volunteer at local cancer centers.
With over 36 years in behavioral health, I've worked across inpatient, outpatient, corrections, education, and management settings — with children, adolescents, adults, and individuals navigating substance use and serious mental illness. But what drives me isn't my resume; it's this: mental illness is a bully, and no one deserves to be bullied. Nobody asked for it, and there is real courage in asking for help. I want to be a rock upon which mental illness breaks — helping people feel heard, seen, and able to enjoy life again. When I'm not working, you'll find me hiking, backpacking, or spending time with my dogs.
Down to earth and very open minded. I believe in complete transparency and accountability.
My name is Dupe, and I bring a unique blend of energy, open-mindedness, and a passion for empowerment to my work. I believe that a great partnership is built on trust and a shared vision for growth. Her style is collaborative and encouraging, focusing on building a strong partnership where clients feel supported, understood, and inspired to reach their full potential.
I am an independent therapist who works to get you you where you need and want to be in life. Most know me by Frank. Frank has been in the field of behavioral health for more than 25 years. Beginning with Independent Living Skills Training for Traumatic Brain Injured Individuals, Frank took care of individuals that had a goal of independence. Frank continued on in the field with respite care and eventually graduated from Grand Canyon University Cum Laude and Alphi Chi Honor society. Frank’s counseling journey began with Group Therapy in co-occuring addictions and proceeded to Crisis work including Title 36 and Crisis Mobile Team. Frank has experience with inpatient therapy as well. Following Clinic work and IOP, Frank, continued his work as a Clinical Supervisor.
With a nursing career spanning since 2008, I have dedicated over 15 years to understanding the complexities of patient care. After earning my Master’s Degree in 2021, I transitioned into advanced psychiatric practice in 2022. Having served in both fast-paced inpatient units and collaborative outpatient clinics, I offer a well-rounded perspective on mental health. My background allows me to blend clinical expertise with a deeply rooted compassion for the human experience.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience working as counselor in group settings as well as various ages from kids to adults.
