You may have held doubts about talk therapy and perhaps are thinking therapy may not work at all for what you are dealing with. Psychotherapy like all science is continually changing. Both new and long held approaches to well-being are vast. I invite you to consider Brainspotting before you rule out therapy entirely. My role as a Brainspotting clinician is to offer you support, as you discover your innate capacity for positive self change. I specialize in trauma focused therapy, specializing in treating anxiety disorders. I focus on various forms of addiction, OCD, behavioral issues, depression, bi-polar and mood disorders.
I am a masters level trained Brainspotting clinician and a U.S. Army veteran. I believe in facilitating change in a supportive environment, following and observing your amazing capacity to heal from trauma in your therapeutic work. I work with veterans, first-responders, and other populations struggling with unresolved trauma and anxiety disorders.
Your unique circumstances are to be understood, honored respected and explored in a judgement free, supportive and caring environment. The issues that you bring into therapy remain entirely up to you. I will listen to your wants and needs; joining you on the journey towards your desired sense of well-being.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I have spent the past eight years walking alongside individuals as they navigate some of life’s most difficult chapters. I have had the honor of supporting survivors of trauma and abuse, individuals living with depression, anxiety, and ADHD, victims of crime, and those carrying the unique challenges of immigration-related stress.
I believe every person has a story that deserves to be heard with compassion and without judgment. My role is not to tell you who to become, but to help you reconnect with the strength, resilience, and wisdom that already exist within you. Together, we create a space where healing can unfold, wounds can be understood, and hope can begin to take root again.
Whether you are carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling overwhelmed by the present, or searching for a path forward, you do not have to walk that journey alone.
I’m here to make this journey feel gentle, welcoming, and human. I keep things clear and simple so you can focus on what matters, not the overwhelm. My style is warm, encouraging, and a little poetic—because softness helps us breathe. Let’s take this step together, one calm moment at a time.
I am Gina Feletar, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of nursing experience, and a dedicated companion on your journey toward well-being. I am serving clients in both Arizona and California.
Healing begins when we see the whole person, not just the symptoms. My practice blends evidence-based care with a holistic perspective, creating space for healing that also honors your uniqueness. Beyond managing mental health conditions, my mission is to help you reclaim your strength, and rediscover hope rooted in wellness and purpose.
Hi, I'm Sarah.
For more than 14 years, I've had the privilege of walking alongside people during some of life's most challenging and transformative moments. My career has taken me everywhere from neonatal care to hospice, giving me a deep appreciation for the resilience of the human experience at every stage of life.
Today, I specialize in working with young adults (ages 18–30) who are navigating life's many transitions—whether that's graduating, starting college, launching a career, building relationships, or simply trying to figure out who they are and where they're headed.
Originally from Colorado, I completed my education there before moving to California, where I earned my clinical social work license and continued developing my approach to therapy. My background has shaped me into a systems-oriented therapist, meaning I look beyond symptoms to understand how relationships, family dynamics, environment, and life experiences all influence your well-being.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, challenged, and supported. My goal isn't just to help you get through difficult moments—it's to help you build a life that feels meaningful, authentic, and sustainable.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me out for a run, cheering on the Seattle Mariners, spending time with my cats, or seeking out quirky places and new adventures. Those moments remind me that healing isn't only about working through hard things—it's also about making space for joy, connection, and curiosity.
I'm honored to do this work and would love the opportunity to be part of your journey.
