Hello, and welcome! I’m Ashley, a licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience supporting individuals in navigating life’s challenges.
I earned my MSW from the University of Kentucky and I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction.
Whether you’re seeking support for a specific concern or simply want to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you find balance, clarity, and resilience.
Dedicated clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience providing compassionate support to diverse client populations, including one year of independent licensure. Expertise in crisis intervention and adept at addressing the complexities of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. Committed to leveraging a robust background to empower clients on their journey toward recovery and well-being. Focused on fostering a safe, supportive environment that promotes healing and personal growth.
I'm Magdalena, and I've been doing this work for 14 years — across schools, community
mental health, and private practice. What that span of experience gave me is range: I've
worked with people in serious crisis and people who are simply stuck, and I've learned
that the gap between those two things is smaller than most people think. I trained at
UNC Wilmington and have spent my career working with adults across the full
complexity of what life throws at people — anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, parenting,
major life transitions, and identity. I offer therapy in both English and Polish, and I'm
LGBTQ+-affirming. I accept insurance and offer a sliding scale. My goal isn't to be your
therapist forever — it's to give you what you need so you can get on with your life.
I am a dedicated and compassionate licensed independent clinical social worker with a Master's in Social Work from Boston University.
Annette Braun, LPC, has over 13 years of clinical experience working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. She earned her B.A. in Psychology in 2011 and her M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2013.
She specializes in the treatment of bipolar disorder, eating disorders, OCD, grief, and life adjustment concerns. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping clients build insight, develop coping strategies, and create lasting change. She has also contributed to the field through published research on parental psychopathy.
I am a licensed professional counselor and art therapist. I am a psychotherapist, solution-focused, person-centered, and mindful. I use a heart-centered approach and at times may use art and imagination in working with you. I look forward to working together to create a plan in order to reach your goal(s). By asking questions about what they would like to accomplish. Then providing or suggesting several options that are specific to their needs. I may suggest homework, worksheets, journaling, or art. Finally, work together to find the best solution and work on the most important goal first.
