My professional foundation comes from my years of experience in the acute inpatient psychiatric setting. Navigating these high-intensity settings taught me to bring calming stability to those who are struggling, and I carry that into every outpatient telehealth visit. Today, my virtual practice supports adults, adolescents, and children (ages 6+) through life's various challenges that arrive when living with diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
