I work with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, and difficult life transitions. I have particular experience supporting individuals struggling to process grief and loss, or past trauma. My practice includes working with people coping with low self-esteem, substance use, infertility, postpartum mental health concerns, menopause, infidelity, and divorce. I also have specialized clinical experience working with those struggling with chronic illness and chronic pain, caregivers supporting loved ones with Dementia, and clients affected by family estrangement.

My clinical approach is grounded in inclusivity, respect, and social awareness. I am affirming of LGBTQI+ identities, supportive of immigrants, and committed to human rights.
