I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in critical care. I provide medication management and supportive therapy for adults 18+, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders. My approach is grounded in both clinical precision and an understanding of how life circumstances impact mental health. I offer care that is thoughtful, unhurried and tailored to you.

I am a neurodivergent, LGBTQ+ affirming provider who believes in social justice. I graduated from NYU in 2015 with my MSW degree and the last 10 years I have worked in various hospital based clinic settings providing mental and behavioral health interventions and therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
