Hi I am Dr. Liza. I grew up in rural Wyoming, lived in Utah for many years, and over the last three years moved to Georgia. I have been married for 26 years to my high school sweetheart and have three beautiful children.

I am so excited to get to know you. I look forward to using our therapeutic relationship built on trust, kindness, respect, and openness to help you build on the life you are seeking. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples in many varying situations which include mental health, addictions, behavioral, and relational concerns. I'm a doctorally prepared psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. My background includes extensive work in crisis intervention and helping people through difficult times. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and schizophrenia. My approach is professional and personable, blending expertise with warmth and humor. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where healing can truly begin.
