Hi, I’m Amanda Murphy-Smith, LCSW and founder of Radically Human Therapy Solutions. I know how heavy life can feel sometimes, especially when you're anxious, overwhelmed, or just trying to hold it all together. I've been there, and I get how hard it can be to ask for support. My own lived experience is part of what brought me to this work. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Valdosta State University and have had the privilege of supporting teens and adults through anxiety, trauma, burnout, identity exploration, and major life transitions. I offer virtual therapy across Georgia so you can show up as you are, from wherever you feel safest.

Hi! My name is Sade Bowman and I am a LPC in Georgia. I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from GSU and a Master's degree in Counseling from Mercer University. I have 5 years of experience specializing in youth, teens, and adults adjusting to life changes, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, traumatic past, anger issues, ADHD, Autism, and abandonment/attachment issues. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, enjoying nature, art, music, exercise/yoga, hiking, concerts, and traveling.

Being human can be hard under the best of circumstances. When anxiety, panic, obsessive thoughts, repetitive behaviors, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships are added, the challenges can be daunting. It is a true honor to be able to accompany people on their journey towards better navigating the challenges of life with greater calm, curiosity, compassion, and courage, as well as deeper connections with those around them. As a Professional Counselor, I have the privilege of working with clients to discover their path towards a meaningful, authentic, and rewarding life.

I come to the field of counseling after 15 years in the corporate world. My experience working with individuals with high anxiety have informed my interest in helping people overcome difficulties and achieve their potential. My areas of experience are: Anxiety and Relationships, which are often related, and other times completely independent of each other.

On the Anxiety side, I specialize in OCD, trichotillomania, skin picking, GAD, panic, trauma, and hoarding. I am passionate about working with individuals who suffer from Body Focused Repetitive Behaviors – a condition with which I personally struggled for over 15 years. I am equally passionate about working with people through their intimate relationships.

I believe my job as a therapist is to help tap into your most authentic self, and walk alongside you with whatever struggles there may be. My approach to therapy is direct, with the use of humor, analogies, and metaphors; I try to bring every thing together to help make sense in a world that can be confusing. Together we can tackle whatever difficult situation may be occurring in your life and get to the other side.

I specialize in working with women and parents navigating major life transitions. This includes those dealing with pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, infertility, and pregnancy loss. I also work with clients processing birth-related trauma or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety and identity shifts.
