As a Nevada-based LCSW providing Telehealth services, I aim to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and grounded in real life.
I especially enjoy working with teens and young adults who may feel misunderstood or unsure where to start, as well as adults who are carrying a lot while trying to keep everything together. Together, we’ll focus on helping you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and create a life that feels more aligned and manageable.
If you are looking to develop a greater understanding of yourself, a situation, or are looking for tools to better navigate life, we may be a fit.
I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe and understood. My approach is compassionate and grounded in strong clinical experience, guided by genuine care and respect for each person’s story. I bring a calm, steady presence to every session and see therapy as a collaborative process, one that helps you build awareness, strength, and lasting change.
