Hola me llamo Fanny, I’m a bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am passionate about helping people. Change is important and so is healing . I believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and understood without judgment. When experiences are dismissed, it can lead to self-doubt, shame, or emotional overwhelm. Together, we make sense of those experiences with compassion and context. I offer a supportive space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I especially work with high-functioning individuals managing anxiety, overthinking, or emotional heaviness, helping you reconnect, feel grounded, and move forward
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 14 years of experience working with adolescents, young adults as well as adults with complex medical ailments I bring a deep understanding of social, emotional, and behavioral challenges that can impact your mental health. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling to cope with change, or simply looking for greater balance in your life, I am committed to meeting you where you are and helping you move forward with confidence.
Hi, I’m Thomas—Tom works too! My goal is to help you overcome life’s challenges and reconnect with your most authentic self. Are you struggling to feel fulfilled, create meaningful connections, or adjust to life transitions? Is it difficult to overcome the stress, anxiety, and sadness you might be experiencing? These struggles are hard to face alone—but you don’t have to anymore. I’m here to help. Let's work together to find your inner strength, wisdom, and healing to create lasting change.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health consultation in inpatient medical, psychiatric, and consult-liaison settings. I have worked with adolescents, adults, and older adults navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions.
I recognize that each person brings a unique set of experiences, strengths, and challenges into therapy. My role is not to assume what will be most helpful, but to understand what has brought you here, what matters most to you, and how we can work together in a way that feels meaningful and relevant to your life.
My path into mental health has been shaped by a genuine commitment to helping others navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I have experience working with diverse populations across various settings, supporting individuals through periods of emotional distress, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, self-esteem concerns, trauma, interpersonal challenges, etc.
I’m a person in long-term recovery, which means I’ve been substance-free since July 13th, 2016. My experiences with depression, anxiety, and self-medicating eventually became a substance use disorder—and ultimately led me to a deeper purpose in the counseling field. I understand the weight of isolation, low self-worth, and the struggle to feel “okay.” If you’re dealing with anxiety, self-image issues, substance use, relationship challenges, or overwhelming stress, I offer not just professional tools—but personal understanding. I can help you feel less alone.
Hi there, and welcome!
Congrats on taking the first step. As a licensed psychotherapist, my passion is listening and tuning into my clients' strengths, challenges, and what's holding them back from experiencing their best selves - and going from there. I work with adults of all ages, and specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Masters from Fordham University's Graduate School of Social Services, completed a two-year training program at the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy, and am EMDR trained.
