Hello, my name is Jenny Brady. I am a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, accepting patients between the ages of 5 and 70. I hold a doctorate degree in nursing and am also certified as a family nurse practitioner, allowing me to bring a holistic approach to your mental health. I love working with a variety of people and hold a special place in my heart for first responders and members of our military.
With over a decade of experience supporting youth and families, I have experience in developmental disabilities and LGBTQIAA+ issues. I have worked in crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, and group homes. Using evidence-based practices like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy, I provide telehealth and in-person therapy. My strengths-based approach helps clients build resilience, navigate challenges, and achieve lasting positive change in a supportive environment.
