I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 5 years of experience. I work primarily with adults, supporting individuals navigating challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and empowerment, and I aim to create a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their goals and heal at their own pace.
If you're feeling stuck, challenged, or noticing yourself repeating patterns that no longer serve you, you don’t have to navigate it alone. Many people reach a point where they feel unsure about how to move forward or how to live in a way that feels more aligned with who they truly are. Together, we can work through these burdens and begin exploring what may be keeping you from experiencing the life you want. If you're not sure what your goals are or what might be preventing you from moving forward, that is a perfectly valid place to begin—or continue—your path toward change, clarity, and healing.

I am excited to help guide you along your journey. I enjoy observing the transformation that occurs in my clients lives over time. Perhaps your seeking a deeper understanding of your emotions or simply a feeling of peace and contentment. Changes can occur through therapy. Lets collaborate and discuss your goals that support the life your are seeking to change or improve.
My journey stems from my own story of resilience in the face of hardships. I became a therapist because I have always wanted to help people through some of their darkest hours. Being exposed to some dark hours myself, I know that it is difficult to do it alone. When you have someone to confide in, assist you through the hard times, and just let you know that you are not alone, makes a difference.
My therapeutic approach includes CBT, Person-Centered Therapy, Relational Therapy, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, SFT, EFT, IFS, and just speaking like a human being. I offer a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported. My approach is relational and personalized—we'll explore your story together, build coping tools, and move toward healing with curiosity, courage, and care.
Therapy with me is real, down-to-earth, and never boring. I mix honesty, humor, and heart to make the process comfortable. I help adults manage emotions, build confidence, and tackle life's challenges with tools that work. Think of it as a safe space to be yourself, grow, and maybe laugh along the way. I have many years of experience in the perinatal mental health field, but I enjoy caring for all walks of life. I currently care for clients aged 10-65 for many conditions, including depression, anxiety, mood/bipolar, PTSD, and perinatal disorders, among others.

My name is Angel Kammeyer and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am originally from California but have lived in Oregon since 2014. I received a Master’s Degree in Professional Mental Health Counseling from Lewis & Clark Graduate School of Education and Counseling. I also completed a B.S. in Psychology at Southern Oregon University in Ashland, OR. I have worked in various positions within the community mental health field for over ten years. And I look forward to a long career where my community members, especially people of color, veterans, women, and individuals needing a cheerleader and advocate in their corner, can receive the care that they deserve.
I believe in creating a safe space for individuals to be vulnerable, open, and honest. As we work together, I will use my skills and voice to empower you to share your narrative. Therapy is a journey and I encourage you to take things one day at a time and know that you are worthy and powerful beyond measures. I want to understand you as a person and hope that you will soon be able to see yourself for who you are and not by what society or your diagnosis tells you. Seeking mental health treatment is a big step and I want to celebrate this journey with you.
Welcome! I am Jeremy Wade, a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over two decades of healthcare experience. After spending 25 years as an ER provider and clinical leader, I saw too many patients hospitalized simply because they couldn't access proactive outpatient psychiatric care. Driven by a passion to help this underserved population, I stepped away from the ER to dedicate myself fully to mental wellness. Today, I combine my deep medical background with my growing mental health expertise to treat the "whole you" in a safe, welcoming, and collaborative environment.
