Hi there! I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 40 years in healthcare overall. My career has taken me through nephrology, home health, and nurse education, and each chapter has deepened my respect for the whole person behind every diagnosis. I am known for warm, holistic care that honors your body, mind, and spirit.
Outside of work I love to give back through volunteering and service, and while my faith is an important part of who I am, I never push it and only bring it into our work together if you ask.
Hello! I’m Ashley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker–Clinical Practice (LISW-CP). I support individuals navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship challenges, helping them move from feeling stuck to feeling more confident and grounded.
I have extensive experience working with adolescents and families, providing mental health support in both school and community settings. This background allows me to understand the impact of family dynamics, life stressors, and developmental challenges across different stages of life.
I am passionate about helping people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. My goal is to support you as you rebuild confidence, gain clarity, and step into a stronger, more grounded version of yourself. I believe that your past does not define you and that with the right support, you can create meaningful, lasting change.
