Hi, I’m Delilah, and I’m glad you’re here.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, overwhelming, or even a little awkward—and thats okay. I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in real life. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change at your own pace.
I have experience working with individuals and families through complex challenges, including homelessness, substance use, severe and chronic mental health conditions, medical conditions, life transitions, and navigating real-world problems. This work has shaped my approach to be practical, compassionate, and focused on meeting people where they are.
Additionally, I have completed extensive continuing education and specialized training to support diverse client needs. I am a certified RUBI-trained parent coach, helping caregivers build effective, connected strategies at home for children experiencing neurodivergence and behaviorally defiant behaviors through evidence-based parent support and skill development.
Also, I am an NATC-certified clinician specializing in the recovery and treatment of narcissistic abuse, supporting clients in rebuilding identity, strengthening boundaries, restoring self-trust, and creating healthier relationships.
Whether you are navigating healing, growth, parenting challenges, recovery, or simply looking to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a place to begin.

I am a dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over 15 years of experience in healthcare. My background spans primary care, urgent care, and mental health, allowing me to approach each client with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and emotional well-being.
I specialize in diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, and mood disorders. My practice focuses on providing evidence-based medication management paired with supportive, collaborative care. I believe in meeting clients where they are, empowering them through education, and tailoring treatment plans to their unique needs, preferences, and goals.
My approach is warm, non-judgmental, and holistic. I value building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported.
If you’re looking for compassionate, thorough, and personalized care, I’m here to help you take the next step in your mental health journey.
Hello! My name is Torri-Marie Pappas and I have been working with children, adolescents, adults, and their families since 2000; first as a special education teacher then as a social worker for more than 10 years. I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Maine Farmington with a BA in psychology and a BS in early childhood education with K-3 Certification. I completed my Master's in Education at Lesley University in 2012. I later completed my Master's in Clinical Social Work at Capella University in March 2022.
Throughout my career, I have worked in of several different areas of the public school system, government agencies, crisis services and assessment, domestic violence and mental health services. I am also a volunteer serving local veterans. I am looking forward to meeting clients and helping support their individual needs.
The opportunity to serve clients seeking mental and behavioral health treatment is one of my life's greatest gifts. I believe in the strengths of each client, and I believe their pain, challenges, and story. Through relationship-building and a mutual exchange of information as we define and refine goals of treatment, and the use of our agreed-upon tool kit (evidence-based intervention modalities), we will engage with curiosity in a mutual exchange of information, exploring, discovering, learning, and skill building to meet treatment goals. If you know why you are here, I am here for you. If you don’t know exactly why you are here- perhaps a thought, a feeling, or experience lead you here- I am here for you. People are unique, complex, multifaceted, and deserving of care.
Hi, I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Since beginning my work in 2009, I’ve provided therapy across community-based, office, and virtual settings, giving me a well-rounded understanding of how to meet clients where they are—both practically and emotionally.
I specialize in working with anxiety, OCD, panic disorder, and trauma-related concerns. I understand how overwhelming these experiences can feel, and I’m passionate about helping clients make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface while building practical, sustainable tools for change.
My approach is both compassionate and structured. I draw from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), helping clients identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and move toward greater emotional regulation and confidence in their daily lives.
I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and real. Whether you're navigating persistent anxiety, intrusive thoughts, past trauma, or current life stressors, my goal is to support you in feeling more grounded, understood, and equipped to move forward.
Hi there, my name is Charissa and I have been a therapist for 20 years. I have a masters degree in social work that has allowed me to build my practice on looking through a lens of cultural context and seeing a person within their environmental context as well. I like to work with adults and adolescents who are ready to look at themselves and make changes to better their lives by identifying barriers and focusing on small changes that will make a big difference.
As a Licensed Clinical Therapist , I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing for 15 years focusing on supporting clients of all ages managing anxiety and depression. I also specialize working with competitive athletes.
I have worked in this field for over 30 years in hospital, residential, day treatment, outpatient and home settings. My experience is primarily with young adults and with families who have children with special needs whether neurotypical or behavioral. I have worked with a lot of adolescents and pre-teens who are having difficulty adjusting to the demands of individuation and separation. It is important to regard everyone's life situation as unique and to support the process of personal awareness and growth.
