With decades of experience, I am well-versed in many different modalities. No one approach works for everyone, so I built a large tool kit to have a broad range of tools available. Areas of expertise include individual, couples and family counseling, trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, special needs of gifted and talented, medical social work, impact of illness, traumatic brain injury, grief and bereavement, positive aging, geriatrics and end of life issues. Having been raised in a military family I enjoy working with our veterans, active duty personnel and their families.
Hello, I’m Ida Ramos, a Licensed Professional Counselor serving clients in Texas and Washington. I’m passionate about supporting people from all backgrounds as they work through life’s challenges. I’ve worked with children, teens, adults, and veterans, and I aim to create a warm, welcoming space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood. As a bilingual counselor fluent in both English and Spanish, I strive to provide culturally responsive care and help clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language they know best.
I’m Elizabeth, a Filipina American Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and founder of Her Mind & Wellness. My practice is built on the belief that mental‐health care should feel human, culturally aware, and deeply supportive.
I believe healing happens when you feel seen, safe, and understood. My practice blends modern psychiatry with a nurturing, human approach — creating a space where you can breathe, reset, and rebuild your wellness with guidance that feels gentle, clear, and empowering.
I’m a bilingual therapist working with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the people I support feel overwhelmed by overthinking, internal pressure, difficulty managing stress, and the uncertainty of what comes next.
In our work together, I focus on helping you make sense of what’s happening internally and develop practical ways to respond to stress and emotions. I integrate cognitive, somatic, and neuroscience-informed approaches to support both emotional and nervous system regulation.
I believe therapy should feel human. It can be structured but still fit your individual needs. I offer a space where you can show up as you are, while also doing meaningful work that leads to real shifts in how you experience and respond to life.
I enjoy helping clients heal from their trauma, whether that be from childhood or in their adult years. Whatever it may be that you are seeing me for, I like to dig into your history to see what there may be. Unhealed wounds from the past will manifest in different forms in the present.
I specialize in trauma, PTSD, and DID. We are all human and at many points throughout life need to reach out to someone for help, whether it is from friends, family, or professionals. Reaching out can be difficult and a bit scary, but rest assured you are making the right choice and taking a huge step in the right direction. We will walk through this journey together.
I’m a first-generation daughter of immigrant parents, and I am passionate about helping individuals in the Hispanic/LatinX community overcome the stigma around therapy. I provide a safe, authentic, and supportive space where clients can feel understood and empowered.
I have experience working with survivors of trauma, including childhood abuse, domestic violence, sexual assault, immigration trauma, and generational trauma. I also help clients navigate life transitions, grief, depression, anxiety, stress management, and relationship challenges. My goal is to help you understand how your experiences have shaped your emotional well-being and to normalize your reactions along the way.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a solid background in evidence-based care, combined with genuine compassion and a commitment to helping my patients overcome challenges and improve their quality of life. Over the past eight years, I have worked with children, teens, and adults on various mental health issues. My research experience covers topics like disordered eating, self-esteem, and media influences, which helps me understand how external factors affect mental health. Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership built on trust, respect, and your unique strengths and experiences.
I earned my Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University New England, along with Master degrees in Clinical Psychology and Media Studies, and a B.A. in Psychology from UCLA. My experience includes APA-accredited placements at respected institutions, including the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center and the Northern Arizona VA Health Care System. I have also done training in assessments, counseling, and residential treatments for children and families. I currently run a private practice at Inspired Minds Psychological Services PLLC and support Veterans through the Department of Veterans Affairs, which is deeply meaningful to me. I am licensed to practice in Florida and Texas.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with 28 years of experience partnering with adolescents, adults of all ages and families. I am bilingual so I offer therapy in english and spanish.
I'm a dual certified family practice and mental health nurse practitioner with extensive experience in outpatient primary care, preventive medicine and psychiatric practice, managing a variety of both medical and mental health conditions across the lifespan.
