I have also worked extensively with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and other complex life challenges. In addition, I have provided services to children in foster care and youth identified as at risk, helping them navigate emotional, behavioral, and environmental difficulties. My training and experience include working with both children and adults who have experienced trauma, utilizing evidence-based approaches to support healing, resilience, and long-term well-being.
