Welcome to my practice. I’m a Master of Social Work clinician with a degree from Walla Walla University (2016), and I’ve been providing mental health counseling ever since. My work has primarily focused on supporting adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress related to major life changes. I entered this field to meet people where they are emotionally and to support them in reaching their personal goals.
Allison enjoys seeing clients who have felt that 'talk therapy' has not worked for them in the past, this is due to her conscious, somatic, and psychoeducational approach to treatment. She is trained in CBT, mindfulness work, EMDR, IFS and somatic work to create an individualized treatment for clients. Allison sees a variety of clients with needs ranging from major depression, ADD/ADHD, Anxiety,PTSD, Religious transition/trauma, eating disorders, co dependency, transitional adjustments, behavioral addictions, and intrusive thoughts to many others.
Allison's philosophy: Life's struggles stem from multiple areas. I believe in a whole-self/systems approach. The use of this philosophy offers an analysis of how the inner system - body, mind, spirit, emotion - connects to the outer system - family, culture, community. I believe when one area is out of balance, it impacts everything else.
This view extends to the belief that mental health is not separate from overall health. I am honored for the opportunity to guide my clients to self-awareness and mindfulness. Through this journey, they can gain insight into their own interwoven systems"
I work with clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in patterns they cannot break. My approach is supportive but direct, helping you understand what is happening beneath the surface while also focusing on real, practical change. Therapy with me is not passive. We will have honest conversations, and I will both support and challenge you as we work toward meaningful progress.
I'm a wife, mom, stepmom, and grandma who loves spending time with family, being outdoors, and making meaningful memories. I believe that even in life's hardest seasons, peace is possible. I strive to bring that same warmth, hope, and authenticity into every session.

Jonathan Flake started his career as a registered nurse working in various hospital settings and departments including medical/surgical, telemetry, and intensive care units. In his work, he frequently observed the correlation that poor mental health often leads to physical deterioration and hospitalization. Seeing this phenomenon guided Jonathan to aim his career toward mental healthcare, which he believes to be the foundation of overall well-being.
He began to work in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings and earned a Master of Science degree from Wilkes University in nursing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Jonathan recognizes that each client has a unique life and experience, and he works alongside them to optimize treatment strategies. He seeks to tailor care plans to help each individual meet their specific needs and achieve their personal goals.
He felt driven to a career in psychiatric mental health based on personal family experiences, his faith in God, and many other factors. Most of his life has been lived in Utah and Jonathan strives to take part in Utah’s majestic outdoor beauty as frequently as possible. His favorite activities are camping, hiking, and spending time with his family.
I am your partner in whole-person healing, and I am now accepting new patients. With nearly two decades of diverse nursing experience, my background spans psychiatry, oncology, palliative care, intensive care, hospice, and home health. This journey has given me a deep understanding of both physical and emotional health challenges.
I am known for building genuine connections with patients across all age groups. My approach is rooted in the belief that mental health is inseparable from physical well-being. I often view mental health symptoms not as disorders, but as signals of deeper imbalances—and I treat them with compassion and curiosity.
My name is Hilary Matthews. I have an MA in Psychology and certifications in Substance Use and Trauma. I enjoy working with adults 18 +in my client centered practice.
I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking help can be one of the hardest parts, so congratulations on taking that step! I’ve been practicing since 2011. I have worked with many populations and age ranges, I began my own private practice in 2016, where my focus switched primarily from addiction to trauma. I realized that trauma brings on many additional mental health challenges that may be resolved through trauma treatment.
I like to explore modalities with clients that both support and go beyond talk therapy in order to get to the deepest roots of the issues, which tend to lie at the subconscious level.
“The green reed which bends in the wind is stronger than the mighty oak which breaks in a storm.”― Confucius. Have you felt that anxiety, depression, or trauma are stopping you from living the life you want and deserve? I utilize evidence-based practices with clients like Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches to develop more adaptive responses and cultivate lasting coping to help clients bend with the winds of life. I'm now accepting clients for both in-person and telehealth therapy, and accept many insurances.
I have been in the mental health industry since 2005. I launched into this career as a mental health professional eager to learn and excited to make an impact in our society and culture. I have been blessed to learn so many different modalities that truly bring healing to those who are willing to risk vulnerability and live to their greatest potential. On this journey I have been able to work with a variety of ages and backgrounds. They have all one thing in common- finding their way back to their authentic selves. I am blessed to have been able to accompany so many people on their healing journeys.
My ideal client knows something isn’t working—even if they can’t name it. They may feel anxious, numb, overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or burdened by trauma, addiction, grief, or shame. Many carry pain from early relationships that still affects their lives. What matters most is a willingness to show up and go deep. Therapy with me is collaborative, direct, and emotionally rich. I work best with people ready to explore discomfort, face what’s been avoided, and commit to real, lasting change.
