My practice is not a social hour or "paid friendship"; it is a surgical intervention for the soul. I deliver my strongest results for high-achieving professionals, most often cisgender women, in medical, legal, and niche service industries where performance and desirability are currency. You have mastered the art of becoming the "perfect provider" to survive male-dominated spaces, but you are starving behind the mask.
Leveraging my background in Law (JD) alongside clinical mastery, I provide a formidable container of safety where you can finally drop the performance. I work best with high-acuity professionals tired of carrying the emotional load for everyone else. We don't dismantle your strength; we restore the authentic self hidden behind the armor. (Note: I do not accept "fix-it" referrals for unwilling partners. This space is for you.)
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who works with adults and provides integrated mental health care that combines psychotherapy and medication management. My work is solution-oriented, empowering, and open-minded, with a focus on helping clients move beyond symptom management and toward meaningful, lasting change.
My style is warm, grounded, and direct. I value collaboration and curiosity, and I approach care as a partnership rather than something that is done to you. I aim to support clients while also encouraging them to take an active role in understanding their patterns, building resilience, and reclaiming their mental and emotional health.
I have a deep compassion for people. I am uniquely positioned from the experiences I've had in my life to have the privilege of walking with others on their healing journeys. I believe we all have the capacity for healing, which is a very individualized process. I love what I do and am privileged to do it!
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family. I love animals and have two cats. I have a lot of interests including Yoga, dance, Tai Chi, traveling, art, and nature.
I work with individual adolescent and adult clients via virtual sessions. I also specialize in working with ADHD clients—especially creatives, musicians, performers, artists, and late-diagnosed—who feel stuck, bored, or disconnected from their sense of flow. My work is active, conversational, and insight-oriented rather than passive or clinical.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Utah, I bring a unique blend of life experience and professional expertise to my practice. Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in the music and entertainment industry, working as a sound engineer and record producer in Los Angeles. This background has given me a deep appreciation for creativity, resilience, and the complexities of human relationships—skills I now use to support my clients through their own life challenges. I understand firsthand how important it is to feel seen and heard, and I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space for everyone I work with
I believe true healing begins with strong relationships and open communication. I specialize in Psychiatric Medication Management and can help find solutions to your needs.
I have been working as a Nurse since 2019 and earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner License in 2024. I can help you with the newest treatments and care for our sessions.
Let me help alleviate your suffering by tailoring a care plan to meet your individual needs.
I have been in residential substance abuse most of my career and I have a SUDC license (Substance Use Disorder Counselor). I moved over to general outpatient in 2019 and have been working with a wide array of clients since then. Since most of my career and training has been with single adults, I do not see children and I do not work with couples and families.
I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward, and are looking for support in finding more clarity, stability, and confidence in their lives.
I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on and feel understood. I also work with relationship challenges, grief and loss, trauma, and identity-related concerns, including transitions related to values, direction, or life roles.
I'm a Utah native who studied at the University of Utah in Pesychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I've worked primarily in substance abuse and addiction, which includes depression, anxiety, family issues, and communication - all the things that come with it. In my 11 years or practice, I've picked up a lot along the way.
Hi! My name is Alicia Fisher, I went to the University of Utah for my undergrad and masters in social work. I have spent many years working for various treatment centers throughout Utah. I do drug and alcohol assessments and specialize in addiction, trauma and grief.
Lesa is passionate about helping clients find peace. She is honored to be able to participate in each client’s journey to growth and healing. She especially finds joy in helping people gain a greater understanding of themselves and what matters most to them and experience wholehearted living. She is currently seeing clients in-person and via telehealth.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the owner of Night Owl Wellness. I hold a master's degree from the University of Utah.
I work with a wide range of adult populations, including LGBTQIA+ individuals, veterans, sexual trauma survivors, those with addiction, people with Autism/ADHD, and survivors of religious trauma. My personal and professional understanding of trauma's complex impact is what drives my passion for this work.
My therapeutic training includes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other eclectic and integrated interventions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work. The areas I have emphasized further training on have been childhood abuse and trauma and the trauma disorders these experiences can cause such as CPTSD, PTSD, and Dissociative Disorders. I am also deeply interested in helping individuals who have been late diagnosed with ADHD and/or Autism to better understand how their brain works and how to approach life differently.
