As a psychotherapist and licensed clinical social worker helping individuals heal is really important to me. Throughout my years of specialized training and experience, I have worked with adults facing post-traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of difficult life experiences with particular emphasis on active duty /veteran centered care to also include other government agencies.
My clinical emphasis is in trauma-focused treatment, and I am trained in several proven therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). By integrating these methods, I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, helping individuals safely process traumatic memories, reduce distressing symptoms, and regain a sense of control in their lives.
