My background is in social work, life skills coaching, intensive in-home counseling with families, and private practice with teens and adults. Hi, I’m Molly, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes deeply in the power of connection, presence, and honoring the wisdom you already carry. I have a great deal of experience working with women and teens (11+) navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, family and relationship challenges, exploring attachment and relationship patterns, grief and loss, and the lasting emotional impacts of difficult or overwhelming experiences.
I also have experience supporting individuals who have been in domestic violence situations, helping them rebuild safety, self-trust, and personal agency. I also welcome and support men and people of diverse cultural backgrounds, and I am committed to creating a therapy space that is inclusive, affirming, and grounded in respect.
