supported the Army Family Behavioral health Clinic, and provided on-call crisis support for

I'm based in Fort Collins, CO and work with clients virtually — so you can connect with me from wherever you feel most at ease. I support people in navigating anxieties and past and current traumas, chronic health diagnoses, finding wellness, and deepening connection and joy. I have extensive experience working with individuals whose lives are impacted by their own and others drug dependency, use, and abuse and working with people who have chronic or lifelong medical conditions such as HIV, Alzheimer’s or who are supporting others with such diagnoses.
Mental health counseling is a form of help that can be tailored to meet the diverse needs of many individuals. Some mental health professionals, including me, intentionally incorporate spiritual or religious elements into their therapeutic practices. I do so because I primarily serve a Christian community, because my clients also adhere to religious principles in their own lives, and I subscribe to the belief that people experiencing distress can especially benefit from the help of God and spiritual empowerment.
