Our work together is based on collaborating to create goals that are aligned with your values. As a health psychologist, I emphasize working with my client to create the healthiest version of the self, both mind and body. My interest in both medicine and psychology took me to Philadelphia Osteopathic Medicine where I earned a Psy.D. in clinical health psychology. I have experience working with individuals with chronic health conditions (chronic pain and headache) and broad mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and grief. I also am passionate about providing LQBTIQ + affirming care.
Welcome. Taking the first step toward support is not always easy, and I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Delaware and Pennsylvania, and I’ve been working in mental health since 2007. My background includes inpatient and outpatient therapy, drug and alcohol treatment, correctional settings, foster care, and work with children and families. This diverse experience allows me to approach each person with understanding, flexibility, and care.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Pennsylvania and Delaware, and I specialize in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. I have a particular passion for supporting clients who are struggling with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, body image concerns, disordered eating, and eating disorder recovery.
My clinical background includes working closely with children, teens, and families in both mental health and medical settings, which has shaped my understanding of how emotional wellbeing is influenced by stress, family relationships, identity development, and the pressures many young people carry every day. I also understand that struggles with food, body image, anxiety, and self-worth often show up quietly at first—and deserve compassionate, thoughtful support.
I strive to create a therapy space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and genuinely supportive. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to help clients feel understood while building the insight, coping skills, and confidence needed to make meaningful change.
I’m also a doctoral candidate in Social Work, which reflects my commitment to providing evidence-informed care that is both thoughtful and deeply personalized. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, body image challenges, relationship stress, life transitions, or simply feeling unlike yourself lately, therapy can be a place to feel grounded, supported, and empowered.

Headway makes it easy to find support for your mental health — from finding the right provider, to understanding costs, to scheduling with ease.
Finding the right therapist in Delaware starts with getting clear on the type of support you need. Whether you're looking for help with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, or life transitions, it helps to look for a licensed provider — such as an LPCMH, LCSW, or psychologist — who specializes in that area. Reading a provider's bio before booking can give you a sense of their approach and help you decide if they're a good match.
Delaware is a small state, but access to mental health care varies depending on where you live. Providers in Wilmington, Newark, and New Castle County are more concentrated, while residents in Kent and Sussex counties may have fewer in-person options. Virtual therapy can expand your choices significantly, connecting you with licensed Delaware providers regardless of your location in the state.
Therapy in Delaware can be expensive without insurance. Using your in-network benefits is one of the most reliable ways to reduce your out-of-pocket costs, and many people pay as low as $0 per session depending on their plan. On Headway, you can enter your insurance information to see estimated costs before you book, so there are no surprises when it comes to what you owe.
