My passion lies in helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, find emotional balance, and achieve lasting wellness through compassionate, evidence-based care. I provide treatment for adults and adolescents experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, trauma, and other mental health concerns. My approach is holistic and collaborative, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard.

I was born and raised in Montana and have a genuine passion for nature and the outdoors. I received my Bachelors in Psychology at Montana State University in 2001. I then pursued my Masters of Social Work degree and graduated in 2008 from the University of Montana. This graduate program had a focus on providing a social justice and integrated practitioner perspective. I have an eclectic style that can be tailored to each unique individual. My primary therapeutic methods include Mindfulness Based, Holistic, Exposure, Narrative, Cognitive and Behavioral, Strengths Based & Solution Focused Therapies. I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate environment that often helps people feel comfortable. A true passion of mine is structuring therapeutic activities for clients to express, process, increase self-awareness, and de-stress from life’s challenging and developmental experiences.

Hey, I’m Niki — I’m a therapist who loves working with people in all stages of recovery, whether you’re newly sober, years into it, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself after major life changes. I help adults explore behavioral patterns, long-term sobriety, self-discovery, and identity as they figure out who they are beyond the challenges they’ve faced.

I know from both personal and professional experience that healing isn’t linear. As a mom and someone who’s faced her own mental health and substance use challenges, I bring understanding, honesty, and zero judgment to our sessions. I was born in Los Angeles, spent 15 years living in Hawaii, and now reside in Miami, Florida. My diverse life experiences — including traveling to 23 countries — have shaped my cultural awareness and deep respect for the unique perspectives of every individual I serve.
