She offers holistic, evidence-based Telehealth services and is committed to a nonjudgmental, client-centered focus. Her practice helps individuals enhance physical and emotional well-being through individualized care.

Hi, I am Kamilla, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over six years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including community mental health, forensic services, behavioral health, and developmental disability programs. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling and have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions.

My background spans community mental health, crisis stabilization, outpatient care, and hospital settings, so I've sat with a wide range of what people go through.

For over 20 years, I have had the privilege of sitting with people through some of life's hardest moments: depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and the pain of racism and loss.
